Our designated Sustainability Coordinator supports the implementation, monitoring and regular improvement of our sustainability actions.

3. Sustainability Management

Sustainability is progressively integrated into our business decisions, travel planning, supplier relationships and internal operations.

Leadership and Continuous Improvement : Our management supports the objectives of this policy and seeks to incorporate sustainability considerations into business planning and operational decisions. Our actions and objectives are periodically reviewed so that we can identify areas where further improvement is possible.

Monitoring : We aim to monitor our sustainability performance through appropriate tools, internal reviews and recognised sustainable tourism frameworks, including the Travelife platform as part of our sustainability journey.

Baseline Assessment : Agence India Travel Arts LLP has conducted a baseline assessment of its sustainability performance against the Travelife sustainability best practice criteria. This assessment reviews our current policies, procedures and practices and identifies areas of compliance, partial compliance and further improvement. The results help us establish sustainability priorities and guide our Sustainability Action Plan. We will periodically review our performance and update our actions to support continuous improvement and progress towards the Travelife Partner requirements.

Working with Stakeholders : We recognise that many travel services are provided by independent suppliers whose operations are not directly controlled by our company. For this reason, we communicate our expectations, encourage responsible practices and increasingly favour partners who demonstrate genuine environmental, social and ethical commitments.

Building Awareness : We encourage our employees and collaborators to understand their role in responsible tourism. Training, communication and practical guidance are used to strengthen sustainability awareness within our organisation.

Reducing our environmental impact is an important part of our sustainability commitment. We seek practical solutions that can be incorporated into our everyday office operations and travel services.

Energy :We are committed to reducing energy consumption and increasing the use of renewable energy. Our office is equipped with a solar energy system, which provides renewable energy for our office operations. We also encourage staff to switch off lights, air conditioning, computers and other equipment when not in use, maximise natural daylight, use air conditioning responsibly, and prefer energy-efficient equipment wherever practical.

Disposable and Consumable Goods: We aim to minimise the use of disposable and consumable goods in our office. Digital documents and electronic communication are preferred to reduce paper use, and printing is limited to situations where it is necessary. We encourage reusable bottles, cups, bags and other reusable alternatives instead of single-use products. Office consumption practices are periodically reviewed to identify practical opportunities to further reduce unnecessary materials and waste.
